For me, one of the coolest aspects of the upcoming Young Indiana Jones Chronicles on DVD is the fact that so many Bond thespians were at one time involved. Daniel Craig being perhaps the most notable. Also Christopher Lee (Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun), Max Von Sydow (Blofeld in Never Say Never Again), and Jeffrey Wright (Felix Leiter in Casino Royale) off the top of my head. I haven’t seen these episodes in a really long time so I’m looking forward to seeing them again later this year.
Anyway, here’s a clip of one of the featurettes from the upcoming DVDs. This one particularly features clips of both Craig and Lee. So check it out.

The EPK disc that these clips come from is amazing. I really, really wish it were being included with the set. It has interviews with George Lucas and Rick McCallum as well as these clip reels. I’ve watched the “Action” reel so many times waiting for the actual discs to come! But the discs themselves, while they’re packed with documentaries on the historical events and sound great, won’t actually include any making-of stuff, or interviews with the creators. I think that’s an unfortunate oversight. And if they SHOT them for the EPK, they really should have stuck them on the bonus disc! Oh well.

The only concern I have is that the discs do not contain the old Indy scenes.
